- 45 ml Barker's Professional by Andros Lychee & Rose Chunky Mix
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 60 ml Apple juice
Method
- Blend all ingredients together, with ice.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
- OPTIONAL: Swap out apple juice for white rum to transform into a frozen Daiquiri.
