12 Tart Shells Lincoln Bakery 45mm Sweet Pastry Cases 20 x 12 pc

96 gm Barker’s Professional Fillings

96 gm Whipped Cream

Method

1. Take your chosen Barker’s Professional filling and fold through the whipped cream.

2. Place into a piping bag and then pipe 16 grams of filling into each pastry case. 12 tart shells will require 192 grams (1 cup) of filling.

3. Decorate as desired.
