Teriyaki Salmon

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 8 x 125g salmon portions

  • 560g snowpeas

  • 800g Chinese noodles, cooked

  • 400ml Barker’s Professional Teriyaki Meal Sauce

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

  2. Spray a baking pan with oil and cover with non-stick paper.

  3. Place the portions of salmon in the pan.

  4. Coat each salmon portion with some of the Barker’s Professional Teriyaki Meal Sauce.\

  5. Place into the oven for 13 to 14 minutes, until just cooked.

  6. Heat a large wok or frying pan, add the snowpeas with 40ml water and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add the remaining Barker’s Professional Teriyaki Meal Sauce and noodles. Toss together and heat through.

  7. Serve the salmon on top of the teriyaki noodles.
