Feijoa Spiked Spritz

SERVES 1

Ingredients

  • 30ml London Dry Gin

  • 30ml Barker’s Professional Squeezed Feijoa with Lime Fruit Tea Syrup

  • 60ml Granny smith apple juice

  • Charge with soda

Method

  1. Measure all ingredients except the soda into a shaker. Fill with ice, shake and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice and add soda, stir through.

  2. Garnish with fresh apple slices (or feijoa).
