SERVES 1

Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass. Turn glass upside down onto a saucer of sugar. Shake off excess sugar and garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.

Ingredients

  • 30ml gin

  • 15ml Barker’s Professional Squeezed Feijoa with Lime Fruit Tea Syrup

  • Tonic

Method

  1. Shake the gin and Barker’s Professional Squeezed Feijoa with Lime Fruit Tea Syrup in an ice-filled shaker.

  2. Strain into a heavy tumbler filled with ice cubes.

  3. Top with tonic
