Lemon & Basil Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Barker’s Professional Lemon & Mint Fruit Tea Syrup

  • 1/2 cup natural unsweetened yoghurt

  • 1 cup crushed ice

  • 20 medium-sized basil leaves

  • 1-2 cups chilled water

Method

  1. Put Barker’s Professional syrup, yoghurt, basil leaves and ice into a blender and slowly add chilled water.

  2. Add 1 tbsp grated lemon zest for an extra ‘zing’.

  3. Add 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger for even more ‘zing’.
