Chicken & Rice Teriyaki

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 80ml cooking oil

  • 800g boneless and skinless chicken breast, diced

  • 2 red capsicums, diced

  • 400g peas, thawed

  • 400g corn kernals, thawed

  • 1kg cooked white rice

  • 500ml Barker’s Professional Teriyaki Meal Sauce

Method:

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or frypan.

  2. Add the diced chicken and sauté for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the capsicum and sauté for another minute.

  4. Add the peas and corn, sauté for a further 2 minutes.

  5. Add the rice and Barker’s Professional Teriyaki Meal Sauce. Stir through and cook until heated through.
