Chicken & Rice Teriyaki
Serves 8
Ingredients:
80ml cooking oil
800g boneless and skinless chicken breast, diced
2 red capsicums, diced
400g peas, thawed
400g corn kernals, thawed
1kg cooked white rice
500ml Barker’s Professional Teriyaki Meal Sauce
Method:
Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or frypan.
Add the diced chicken and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the capsicum and sauté for another minute.
Add the peas and corn, sauté for a further 2 minutes.
Add the rice and Barker’s Professional Teriyaki Meal Sauce. Stir through and cook until heated through.
