Scalloped Kumara (using Devilled Sausages Sauce)

Serves 16

Ingredients:

  • 6 large kumara, peeled and cut into 1cm slices

  • 8 spring onions, sliced

  • 600g Barker’s Professional Devilled Sausages Meal Sauce

  • 500g grated cheese

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Spray a deep-sided pan with oil.

  3. Spread a layer of kumara, then scatter over some of the spring onions and some of the Barker’s Professional Devilled Sausages Meal Sauce.

  4. Repeat the layering process until all the kumara is used.

  5. Scatter over the cheese and bake for 40 minutes.
