Citrus & Mint Margarita
Ingredients:
250 ml Barker's Professional Lemon and Mint Fruit Tea Syrup
750 ml sparkling or still water
75 ml tequila
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
8 basil leaves
fresh raspberries, skewered, to garnish
Method:
Place all the drink ingredients in a large jug, cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Pour citrus and mint mix into martini glasses and top with raspberry skewers.
