Cauliflower Schnitzel Wraps

This Recipe Uses:

Ingredients:

  • 1 The Cool Gardener Cauliflower Schnitzel

  • 1 large wrap

  • 1 handful of lettuce leaves

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 handful of sprouts

  • 1-2 tbsp Barkers Professional Green Tomato & Jalapeno Chutney

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°c and line a small baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Bake The Cool Gardener Cauliflower Schnitzel in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes then slice into 4 lengths.

  3. Add ingredients onto the middle of the wrap to form a line down the centre, then roll up the wrap and cut in two.
