Cauliflower Schnitzel Wraps
This Recipe Uses:
Ingredients:
1 The Cool Gardener Cauliflower Schnitzel
1 large wrap
1 handful of lettuce leaves
½ avocado
1 handful of sprouts
1-2 tbsp Barkers Professional Green Tomato & Jalapeno Chutney
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°c and line a small baking tray with baking paper.
Bake The Cool Gardener Cauliflower Schnitzel in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes then slice into 4 lengths.
Add ingredients onto the middle of the wrap to form a line down the centre, then roll up the wrap and cut in two.
