Beef & Plum Stirfry

SERVES 3-4, 15 MIN PREP, 20 MIN COOK

Add a sweet touch to your beef stirfry with our Traditional Spiced Plum Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2tbsp Olive oil

  • Thinly sliced Beef

  • 4tbsp Barker’s Professional Spiced Plum Traditional Sauce

  • 2 cups Mushroom

  • 1 cubed Capsicum

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1cubed Onion, red

Method

  1. Prepare all vegetables as per serving directions.

  2. Heat olive oil in wok or large fry pan over a medium heat. Add garlic and cook slightly.

  3. Add thin strips of beef and Barker’s Professional Spiced Plum Traditional Sauce. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, tossing regularly.

  4. Add vegetables and mix well into the sauce.

  5. Toss for another 12-15 minutes. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
