Beef & Plum Stirfry
SERVES 3-4, 15 MIN PREP, 20 MIN COOK
Add a sweet touch to your beef stirfry with our Traditional Spiced Plum Sauce.
Ingredients
2tbsp Olive oil
Thinly sliced Beef
4tbsp Barker’s Professional Spiced Plum Traditional Sauce
2 cups Mushroom
1 cubed Capsicum
2 cloves Garlic
1cubed Onion, red
Method
Prepare all vegetables as per serving directions.
Heat olive oil in wok or large fry pan over a medium heat. Add garlic and cook slightly.
Add thin strips of beef and Barker’s Professional Spiced Plum Traditional Sauce. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, tossing regularly.
Add vegetables and mix well into the sauce.
Toss for another 12-15 minutes. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
