Ingredients:

  • Ice cream

  • Barker's Professional Salted Caramel Topping

  • Cream

  • to garnish Apple

  • to garnish Pork scratchings

Method:

  1. Plate scoops of ice cream (we recommend Kaiti spiced apple crumble ice-cream).

  2. Whip the cream and add it on top of the ice cream.

  3. Drizzle over Barker's Professional Salted Caramel Topping.

  4. Top with caramelised apple slices and garnish with pork scratchings.
