Mint Yoghurt Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
3 tbsp cilantro finely chopped
3 tbsp mint finely chopped
4 tsp Barker’s Professional Traditional Mint Sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 tsp milk to adjust consistency (optional)
Method:
Combine all the ingredients (except milk) in a small bowl.
Add the milk, a little bit at a time, stirring until you achieve the desired consistency.
Garnish with mint and cucumber slices.
