Cream of Mushroom Soup

Makes 1L

Ingredients:

  • 750g Barker's Professional Cream Style Meal Base dilution*

  • 250g sauteed button mushrooms and reserved pan juices

  • seasoning

Method:

*CREAM SOUP DILUTION (makes 1L)

  1. In a saucepan, whisk 500g Barkers Professional Cream Style Meal Base with 500ml water or stock.

  2. Bring to a simmer and then add your ingredients

CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

  1. In a saucepan, heat the cream soup dilution. Stir in the mushrooms and juice.

  2. Season, then garnish and serve.
