Citrus Surprise

The taste of summer in a glass – this refreshing mocktail is alcohol-free and will keep customers coming back for more.

Ingredients:

• 30ml Barker’s Professional Lemon & Mint Fruit Tea Syrup

• Soda water

• 90ml Ecology & Co London Dry

• Ice

• to garnish Cucumber

• to garnish Grapefruit

• to garnish Edible flowers

Method:

1. Pour 30ml Barker’s Professional Lemon & Mint Fruit Tea Syrup, Soda water and Ecology & Co London Dry (alcohol-free distilled spirit) into a tumbler of ice.

2. Add a ribbon of cucumber, a twist of grapefruit peel and edible flowers to garnish. Enjoy!
