Black Forest Panini

Ingredients:

  • 10 Van Dyck sweet crepes

  • 1 kg Barker's Professional Cherry Patisserie Filling

  • 200g whipped cream

  • 300g Barker's Professional Chocolate Topping

Method:

  1. Spread Van Dyck sweet crepes with Barker's Professional Cherry Patisserie Filling.

  2. Roll up and place on a plate.

  3. Pipe whipped cream along the centre of the crepes.

  4. Drizzle a zigzag with Barker's Professional Chocolate Topping over the top.
