10 Van Dyck pancakes
250g Barker’s Professional Cranberry Jelly
100g gherkins, sliced in thin strips
330g thinly sliced ham
Spread each pancake with Barker’s Professional Cranberry Jelly.
Place a slice of gherkin along the outer edge, cover with the ham and roll up.
Cut each roll into 6.
Serve on wooden skewers.
