30ml gold rum
60ml Barker's Professional Spiced Berry Premium Crafted Syrup
125ml red wine
1/2 cinnamon stick, or pinch of ground cinamon
Pinch of grated nutmeg
2 slices of citrus - lemon, orange, mandarin
Measure all ingredients into a small pot.
Heat gently, stirring occasionally and remove from heat before boiling.
Leave to steep for up to 5 minutes and serve in a heat proof cup or mug.
