Teriyaki Beef Olives

Ingredients

8 thin slices trimmed sirloin
1/4 cup   coriander stems and roots, chopped
20g root ginger, peeled and grated
375ml Barker’s Professional Japanese Teriyaki Hot & Spicy Sauce

Method

In a large mixing bowl, add the thin slices of beef sirloin, coriander, ginger and Barker’s Professional Japanese Teriyaki Hot & Spicy Sauce.

Roll each slice and marinate for four hours.

Drain excess liquid. Spray the grill top or very hot non-stick pan and cook the slices very quickly each side.

Glaze with more of the Barker’s Professional Japanese Teriyaki Hot & Spicy Sauce and serve.
