30ml Barker's Professional Squeezed Rhubarb & Redcurrant Drinking Vinegar Syrup
30ml white rum
30ml pineapple juice
Dash Angostura bitters
Measure all ingredients, except the soda into a shaker.
Fill with ice, shake and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
Add soda and stir through. Garnish with rhubarb ribbons or candied rhubarb strips.
