Chia Seed Pot

Serves 1


250ml Anchor Greek Yoghurt
120ml Barker's Professional Peach, Mango & Passionfruit Compote
125ml Anchor Protein+ Milk
60ml chia seeds


In a bowl, whisk together Anchor Greek, Barker's Professional Peach, Mango & Passionfruit Compote and milk. Add in chia seeds and whisk well.

Place into a container and leave to thicken for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy topped with extra Barker's Professional Peach, Mango & Passionfruit Compote, almonds and extra yoghurt.

Tip: Use our other Compotes for different flavours.
