Using a standard Linzer dough pastry recipe line a slice or flan tin.
Deposit Barker’s Professional Raspberry Preserve into the flan or slice tin, only filling to three-quarters full.
Using the dough to make a lattice top, place on top of the raspberry preserve.
Rest the pastry approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Then bake at 180°C for 15 to 18 minutes (depending on whether you make a flan or a slice).
Remove from oven and cool.
