Using a standard sweet pastry recipe line a slice tin.
Combine 1 kilogram of Barker’s Professional Caramel Deluxe Filling and 350 grams of chopped walnuts.
Microwave on high for approximately 1 minute or until softened.
Deposit on top of the sweet pastry and spread out evenly. (The slice tin should be at least half full).
Bake at 180°C for approximately 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown in colour.
Once cool, you can ice with either a chocolate ganache or standard chocolate icing.
