300g plain flour
14g baking powder
90g grated cheese
25g parmesan cheese
150g Barker’s Professional Caramelised Onion Breadshot
Rub the flour, butter, baking powder, salt and cheeses together to form a sandy texture with no lumps of butter remaining.
Add the milk and Barker’s Professional Caramelised Onion Breadshot into the sandy mixture and combine to form a dough – avoid overmixing.
Roll the dough out to 25mm thickness and cut as desired.
Lightly egg wash the top surface and bake at 200⁰C for approximately 12 minutes.
