Ingredients
10 Bambina Doughnuts
125g Barker’s Professional Vanilla Bean Custard Flavoured Patisserie Cream
125g Barker’s Professional Lemon & Passionfruit Fruit Silk
Method
Diagonally cut each doughnut , two-thirds of the way through.
Dust with dusting sugar.
Mix together with Barker’s Professional Vanilla Bean Custard Flavoured Patisserie Cream and Barker’s Professional Lemon & Passionfruit Fruit Silk. Deposit into a piping bag (fitted with a nozzle of your choice) and pipe 25 grams of the mixture into each cut doughnut.
To Serve (Optional)
Drizzle with approximately 5 grams of Barker’s Professional Lemon & Passionfruit Topping.
