Turkey Meatballs

Yields 20 to 24 meatballs

INGREDIENTS

500g Turkey mince
½ cup grated carrot
1½ Tbsp grated ginger
¼ cup spring onion, chopped
1 egg white
1 Tbsp Korean soy sauce
1 Tbsp coriander, chopped
1 Tbsp mint leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
2 Tbsp almond flour
½ cup Barker’s Professional Fiery Wing Marinade

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

In a bowl combine all of the ingredients for the meatballs. Using your hands work the ingredients together until they are well combined. Spoon out approximately 1 tablespoon amounts of the mixture, roll into balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Place the tray in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes remove the tray from the oven and brush each meatball with the Barker’s Professional Fiery Wing Marinade so that they are well coated. Return to the oven and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.
