500g lean beef mince
1 tbsp Barker's Piquant Bell Pepper & Red Tomato Sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Mix all ingredients together and form into four patties.
Barbecue or grill for six minutes on each side.
Serve in a barbecue toasted bun with finely sliced lettuce, tomato and Barker's Piquant Bell Pepper & Red Tomato Sauce.
