30ml London Dry Gin
30ml Barker's Professional Squeezed Feijoa with Lime Fruit Tea Syrup
60ml Granny Smith apple juice
Charge with soda
Measure all ingredients except the soda into a shaker.
Fill with ice, shake and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
Add soda, stir through.
Garnish with fresh apple slices (or feijoa).
