30ml gin
15ml Barker's Professional Squeezed Feijoa with Lime Fruit Tea Syrup
Tonic
Lime

Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass. Turn glass upside down onto a saucer of sugar. Shake off excess sugar.

Shake the gin and Barker's Professional Squeezed Feijoa with Lime Fruit Tea Syrup  in an ice-filled shaker.

Strain into a heavy tumbler filled with ice cubes.

Top with tonic and garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
