Rosemary & Garlic Beef Burger with Beetroot Relish

Method

Serves 1

1 brioche burger bun
1-2 slices cooked beef*
1 Tbsp Barker's Professional Beetroot Relish
1/4 cup mesclun salad leaves
1 slice tomato
1 slice aged cheddar cheese

Slice the brioche burger bun in half.

On the base, layer cheese, beef slices, tomato, Barker's Professional Beetroot Relish and top with salad leves.

Replace the bun top to serve.

*Marinate the beef with chopped rosemary and garlic before cooking.
