4 New Zealand pork loin steaks
1/2 cup Barker's Green Tomato & Jalapeno Chutney
1 cup Barker's Blackcurrant Syrup
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup Barker’s Green Tomato & Jalapeno Chutney
Sear the pork steaks and place in a large dish.
Pour over the first measure of the Barker's Green Tomato & Jalapeno Chutney and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Place the Barker's Blackcurrant Syrup and the onion in a saucepan, simmer until reduced.
Add the second measure of Barker's Green Tomato & Jalapeno Chutney.
Mix and leave to one side.
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Roast the pork steaks until heated through and the pork is cooked.
Serve pork steaks on mashed potato topped with blackcurrant/onion mix.
